Plateau voltage
In constant current charge/discharge process, there exists astage where the voltage changes slowly/has a steady process, the corresponding voltage value is called voltage plateau.
Plateau capacity
The corresponding capacity value when the voltage reaches the set plateau voltage.
Plateau time
The corresponding time when the voltage reaches the set plateau voltage.
Active material
The cathode/anode material, which attends the current formation reaction (electrochemical reaction process).
Current upper limit
The channel will be protected when the current of the present step is greater than or equal to the set value
Current lower limit
The channel will be protected when the current of the present step is less than or equal to the set value.
Voltage upper limit
The channel will be protected when the present step voltage is greater than or equal to the value set by the upper voltage limit.
Voltage lower limit
The channel will be protected when the present step voltage is less than or equal to the value set by the upper voltage limit.
Press upper limit
The channel will be protected when the press of the present step is greater than or equal to the set value.
Press lower limit
The channel will be protected when the press of the present step is less than or equal to the set value.
Capacity upper limit protection
The channel will be protected when the capacity of the present step is greater than or equal to the set value.
Expression
A formula consisting of numbers, operators, and variables.
Expression voltage
Take the value of the expression as the limited value of the voltage.
Expression current
Take the value of the expression as the limited value of the current.
Open circuit voltage(OCV)
Terminal voltage of battery in open circuit state.
Voltage median
The Voltage at half capacity.
Recovery voltage
When the channel is resumed, the voltage of the final data in the previous step.
Step layer
Summary data of work step, including work step number, work step mode, work step time, work step capacity, etc.
Reset step
Modify channel's test steps which is under running.
Average mapping
The unassigned auxiliary channels are allocated to the main channel in average.
Test profile
A test profile which is consisted of one/ multiple steps.
Control step
The control step is not a routine charge / discharge step, but internal / external operations, such as waiting, vacuumizing, etc.
Sub-step
One set of work step processes as a work step in another set of work step processes (mainly used for work step reuse).
Follow step
Follow the external signal value to charge and discharge(for example singal from BMS).
