Connect to the database failed

Solution 1: Search for "Services" in the bottom left corner of the computer. Check if the status of "MySQL" and "NEWARE BTS Services(R3)" is "Running." If the status is not "Running," you can right-click on it after selecting it and choose "Start."


Solution 2: Upgrade the software to the latest version.
