Rate testing step for research on sodium ion battery MoS2-based anode material

Latest updated: May 15, 2024
Video recording version: 8.0.0.516, compatible with BTS 8.0 software.
  • Open the pre-set rate work step file.

  • First set aside for 3 hour to allow the battery to stabilize internally.

  • Since the study is on anode materials, the constant current discharge step is set up first.

  • After selecting the multiplier mode, enter a nominal specific capacity of 670 mAh/g and an activator mass of 2 mg.

  • According to the literature, the embedded sodium potential of MoS2 is mainly in the range of 0.5~1.0V.

  • Therefore, a voltage window of 0.1~3.0 V was chosen to cover the embedded sodium potential range of MoS2.

  • Set the magnification gradient to 0.1C, 0.2C, 0.5C, 1C, 2C, 5C, 0.1C.

  • Setting multiple magnification gradients is conducive to a more comprehensive evaluation of the performance and stability of the battery at different magnifications.

  • 10 cycles at each magnification.

  • Provides a relatively comprehensive evaluation of the battery, saving time and resources.

  • Rate parameters can be set according to requirements.

  • The above demo parameters are for reference only, please refer to your own experiments.

  • After setting the parameters of the work step, just click start.
