A specialized device for placing batteries on dedicated fixtures, automatically injecting electrolyte into the battery compartment using a metering pump. Before injection, the device creates a negative pressure environment in the battery compartment, and during injection, it uses positive pressure to ensure thorough impregnation of the electrolyte into the core pack. The device can perform multiple injections and cycles as required by the process.
